Unveiling the Vision
His Majesty unveiled the Sultan Haitham City project at Al Baraka Palace. Our scale model anchored the moment: a careful, district-by-district rendering of the planned city at Al Seeb, dense enough to read every intent of the masterplan and quiet enough to let the architecture speak for itself.
Sparrow's 1:2000 scale model brings Oman's visionary Sultan Haitham City project to life, harmoniously blending modernity with cultural heritage.
A City that Inspires
Sultan Haitham City reads, at scale, as a careful conversation between contemporary urban design and Omani cultural identity. The model captures residential neighbourhoods, schools, healthcare facilities and mosques set within 2.9 million square metres of green space — planned for a future population of roughly 100,000 residents.
Elevating Quality of Life
The city has been designed against twelve global benchmarks for quality of urban life — affordability, integrated amenities, contemporary living, social cohesion. Our build keeps those decisions legible at a glance, so a visitor can read not only what is being built but the values behind it.
A Glimpse into the Future
Sultan Haitham City is positioned to reshape what urban living means in Oman — its identity drawn from natural elements, its tone one of luxury, strength and cultural respect. We are grateful to have contributed to a project of this scale, and proud that the model carries some of its ambition into every room it enters.
